A newly reported issue by users of mindLAMP is that the app will sometimes appear to log out spontaneously. Our development team is aware of the issue and working on a possible fix, and expect it will be available in another 1-2 weeks. In the meantime, we’ve found that a workaround for this is to switch away from the mindLAMP app for a minute, then return through the home screen. If the log-in screen appears after opening a notification from it, swipe the page away. Then open the app from the main screen. Users should be automatically logged back in after doing this. We apologize for the inconvenience, and hope to have the issue resolved soon.
