Advice on statistical analysis for mindLAMP data and MRI-based measures

Hi everyone,

Our lab is interested in exploring how the longitudinal data we have collected using the mindLAMP app may relate to the in-lab questionnaires and measures of brain structure collected for these same participants.

Using the app, we currently have both active and passive data for 32 participants collected daily over a 4 week period. Our active data consists of responses to surveys assessing mood/sleep. Our passive data includes measures such as steps taken per day, phone calls, and device state. These same participants also completed a series of in-lab measures including MRI-based measures for example related to brain structure.

Does anyone have advice on what type of statistical tests or models to use to relate these single in-lab measures with longitudinal LAMP measures? For example, relating a single measure of brain volume with daily survey data over 4 weeks?

We would be happy to formally collaborate with any researchers interested in being involved with our project.

Thanks!
