LAMP-dashboard dependencies and ESlint rules

Hi team,

I was wondering if you welcome PRs for fixes like updating dependencies and following ESlint rules? They do not seem to be obeyed in the LAMP-dashboard. I understand ESlint may be low priority but resolving dependency vulnerabilities can be good.
